I found this on youtube quite some time ago but since this is the first time I try blogging, must try to embed something right! Anyway it would help people from our team like: Huz who is learning how to drag flick, show matthew how not to save hockey balls and of course educate leo on how he should juggle hockey balls after practicing for 3 years *joking*.

By the way, those people whose muscles shrank, don't worry! Eat your egg white, drink your milk and it will reappear with twice the size and twice the hardness! Big and ROCK SOLID! *Drools*
